Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over low heat.
Step 2: Add the garlic and chilies and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until softened, but not coloured.
Step 3: Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through and coated in the oil and garlic mixture.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and add the parsley, stirring well to mix; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Divide the shrimp and garlic-flavoured oil among warmed serving dishes and serve garnished with lemon wedges with plenty of crusty bread.
