Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 4 1/2 ounces green chilies (chopped, preferably Old El Paso)
  • 11 ounces flour tortillas (for burritos, 8 inch preferably Old El Paso)
  • 1/2 pound salami (thinly sliced)
  • 6 lettuce leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: To a small bowl add mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, chiles and mix until smooth.

  • Step 2: Warm tortillas according to package directions. Evenly spread 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mayonnaise mixture on the tortillas and top with salami. Carefully spread another 1 1/2 teaspoons of mayonnaise mixture over the salami. Top spread with a lettuce leaf keeping layers as even as possible.

  • Step 3: Gently roll up each tortilla tightly, trim the ends and wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Put rolls in the refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. To serve cut each roll into eight pieces and secure with a cocktail toothpick.
