  • 1 package (8 ounce) baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons pimentos, diced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in large saute pan on medium-high heat.

  • Step 2: Add mushrooms and saute 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: Stir in peas, pimentos and seasoned salt. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and saute for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
