Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine venison, pork, egg, bread crumbs, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.

  • Step 2: Form into 1 inch meatballs and place in a 9 by 13 inch pan.

  • Step 3: Combine chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and vinegar and spoon over meatballs.

  • Step 4: Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, basting several times with the sauce, for 45 to 60 minutes, until meatballs are completely baked.
