Step 1: Combine venison, pork, egg, bread crumbs, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.
Step 2: Form into 1 inch meatballs and place in a 9 by 13 inch pan.
Step 3: Combine chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and vinegar and spoon over meatballs.
Step 4: Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, basting several times with the sauce, for 45 to 60 minutes, until meatballs are completely baked.
