Step 1: Dressing ... In a medium size bowl, add the butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 2: Brussels Sprouts ... To prepare the sprouts, remove any dry outer leaves; the larger ones I cut in half, the smaller ones I leave whole. Add the sprouts to the dressing and toss well, making sure to coat them all. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. Pour the sprouts, including any extra dressing on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake ... Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Half way through cooking, I stir them to make sure they are all coated in the dressing.
Step 4: Serve ... Just ENJOY!
