Step 1: Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl until well-mixed.
Step 2: Combine wet ingredients in a bowl until well-mixed.
Step 3: Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate dough at least one hour (I've left it up to two days).
Step 5: Preheat oven to 375F; grease baking sheets.
Step 6: Using your hands, roll dough into balls slightly larger than walnuts, then roll in granulated sugar to coat.
Step 7: Place balls about 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
Step 8: Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, watching carefully so the bottoms don't burn.
Step 9: Cool completely on wire racks before storing.
