Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line two 15 x 10-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl combine popcorn with crispy rice cereal, pretzel twists and pecans.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar with butter and corn syrup; cook stirring constantly over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil (watch closely that the mixture doesn’t boil over!). Reduce heat to low and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and baking soda; pour over the popcorn mixture and toss until evenly coated. Transfer/spread on baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes of baking time. Immediately transfer the mixture onto the second parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to cool completely. When cooled break into chunks.
