Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 6 whole-grain hamburger buns.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the cereal, milk, bouillon powder, minced onion and egg whites; let stand 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Mix in the ground Turkey and form into 6 patties.

  • Step 4: Place patties on buns and top with your favourite low-fat toppings.
