Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 portobella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup burgundy (or other red wine)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Clean mushrooms with a damp paper cloth. (I removed the stem but left the gills)

  • Step 2: Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Step 3: Transfer mushrooms (and marinade) to a baking dish prepared with cooking spray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, turn and continue baking an additional 8-10 minutes.
