Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees,Coat 9 x 13 pan with spray.
Step 2: Whisk together flour, 3/4 Cup sugar, espresso powder, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt for the Sweet Roll Layer and set aside.
Step 3: Combine buttermilk and butter; stir into the flour mixture until combined, Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Step 4: Beat Cream Cheese and 1/2 Cup Sugar for the cheesecake layer in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until combined.
Step 5: Add Eggs and Kahlua, beating 5 minutes; pour over Sweet Roll layer.
Step 6: Bake cheesecake until set, about 25 minutes, remove from oven and let cool slightly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Step 7: Sprinkle Chocolate Covered Beans over Cheesecake. Cool to room temp then refrigerate dessert until cool.
Step 8: Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
