  • 1 ( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped medium fine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped medium find

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup of the nuts till well blended.

  • Step 2: Mix remaining nuts and parsley in a large shallow bowl.

  • Step 3: Form cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in nuts and parsley mixture to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 24 hours. Serve with crackers or vegies.
