Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) jar of mincemeat, well drained
  • 2 cups mashed, cooked pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Drain mincemeat well in wire mesh strainer. Spread in the bottom of pie crust. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pie pan on top of mincemeat.

  • Step 3: Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Let cool completely before serving. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if you like.
