Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Drain mincemeat well in wire mesh strainer. Spread in the bottom of pie crust. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pie pan on top of mincemeat.
Step 3: Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Let cool completely before serving. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if you like.
