  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
