  • 10 ounces torn fresh spinach
  • 16 ounces grilled chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar or blueberry vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 (1 g) packages stevia or 4 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare Dressing. Combine ingredients in a covered jar/container. Shake well, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
