Step 1: In a wok or large frypan, heat oil over high heat; stir fry tomato, white parts of green onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, carrot, celery and red pepper; stir fry until veggies are tender crisp, about 4 minutes
Step 2: Stir in rice, beef, peas, soy souce and oyster sauce, Salt and pepper to taste; stir fry for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in green parts of green onions and sesame oil.
