  • 350 grams cabbage (1/2 head Savoy cabbage, cored and sliced thinly)
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the wine and mustard in a small bowl and set aside.

  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 3: Add the onion, garlic and rosemary and cook until onions are translucent, about 2 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add the cabbage and cover.

  • Step 5: Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes, until cabbage is wilted and starts to brown.

  • Step 6: Pour in the wine and mustard mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 7: Serve.
