Step 1: Add the shaved brussels sprouts to the lightly browned bacon in a large skillet, over medium heat, mix well, cover and cook, stirring often for about 5 minutes or until the sprouts are soft.
Step 2: Add balsamic vinegar, increase heat to high, stir until the vinegar has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Sprinkle on the parmesan and almonds - enjoy!
