The ingredients are:
  • 1 packet (1 pound) gnocchi (500 grams)
  • 12 ounces tomato pasta sauce (350 grams)
  • 4 ounces fresh spinach, chopped (100 grams)
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (250 grams)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese (shaved curls, 50 grams)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the gnocchi according to packet instructions, set aside, drained and separated

  • Step 2: In a skillet heat the pasta sauce add spinach and cook for a minute or two until the spinach is just wilted

  • Step 3: Add Gnocchi to the pan and mix

  • Step 4: Transfer gnocchi to a lightly oiled oven proof dish. Spoon the mascarpone over, scatter the parmesan curls on top Place under broiler, not too close, until everything is heated through and the casserole is bubbling and golden - It only takes a few minutes
