Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 400f
Step 2: Place the fish, single layer, on a parchment lined oven proof pan
Step 3: Mix together the Mango dressing, masala, cumin and chili powder (reserve 2 tablespoons of the dressing). Brush the dressing on the fish. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes
Step 4: Mix together the 2 tablespoons reserved dressing, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, cilantro and lemon juice. Top the vegetable mixture over the cooked fish and serve Enjoy
