Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add egg and mix until well combined.
Step 4: Add in vanilla and yogurt and stir.
Step 5: Mix dry ingredients together and add to batter, only mixing until just combined.
Step 6: Fold in apple chunks.
Step 7: Spray 2 (6 ounce) ramekins with non-stick spray and pour batter into them equally.
Step 8: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Step 9: Brown Sugar Topping: Combine and sprinkle over the tops of the ramekins before baking.
Step 10: For an optional glaze on top, combine confectionary sugar and milk, and whisk until a glaze forms. Pour over top of each ramekin and serve.
