  • 8 medium to large baker potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's Chicken Broth with Garlic & Herbs
  • 8 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup half & half cream (or heavy cream)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place potatoes in pot and add chicken broth and garlic, then add enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain keeping the potato water into a sealable container for later use.

  • Step 2: Mash potatoes and garlic cloves together while adding cream and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
