Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (3 pound) beef roast (blade roast, does not have to be exactly 3 pounds)
  • Garlic powder & pepper
  • 2 large onions, peeled and quartered
  • 8 to 10 small whole potatoes, peeled and halved
  • 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted ( you can use 3 cans)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season roast with garlic powder and pepper. Pace roast in slow cooker. Place onions, potatoes and carrots around roast.

  • Step 2: Add beef broth, cream soups. Spread cream soups evenly over top. Cook on low for 9 to 10 hours. ENJOY!
