Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped gingerroot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3/4 cup peas (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add your prepared onions and ginger to the actifry, sprinkle with oil, set timer for 5 minutes, turn on.

  • Step 2: Mix together the salt, cayenne, tumeric and garam marsala.

  • Step 3: Add cabbage and peas to the actifry, sprinkle with the spice mixture, add water, set timer for 17 minutes, turn on.

  • Step 4: Add red pepper, set timer for 3 minutes, turn on and enjoy.
