Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves, garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 slices processed cheese or 1 cup shredded cheddar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F. Brown ground beef in fry pan with onion and garlic. Add in broth or water. Heat through.

  • Step 2: Mix in next 7 ingredients then heat through.

  • Step 3: Pour meat mixture into pie shell. Smooth top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Step 4: After 25 minutes of cooking remove from the oven, take foil off and cover pie with cheddar. Return to broil until cheese bubbles. Let the pie stand for five minutes while tossing the salad with dressing.
