Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (dry)
  • 1 3/4 pounds zucchini, sliced (4 medium, 1/4" slices)
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt 2 tbsp butter and add 1/2 cup bread crumbs; set aside.

  • Step 2: Melt remaining 4 tbsp butter in large frying pan.

  • Step 3: Add sliced zucchini and saute for 3 - 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add bread crumb mixture, soup, cheese, onion and salt and pepper (if using).

  • Step 5: Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: Top with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
