The ingredients are:
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion flakes,or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 pound uncooked ground pork
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl mix well the first 9 ingredients.

  • Step 3: Add pork and mix well.

  • Step 4: Shape into a loaf and place into a small greased rectangular baking dish.

  • Step 5: Mix together topping ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.

  • Step 6: Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.
