  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 6 brown and serve sausage,cooked and cut into bite size slices

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix egg and milk together very well.

  • Step 2: Mix in enough flour to desired thickness of batter is reached.

  • Step 3: For each pancake, pour desired amount of batter on a griddle or into a well oiled skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 4: When pancakes are starting to form little bubbles and pancakes are slightly dry on top, place a few pieces of sausage on each pancake.

  • Step 5: Flip over and cook other side until golden browned.

  • Step 6: Top with butter and/or syrup, enjoy.
