Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 Brown n' Serve Sausage links
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 large eggs,beaten
  • 1/8 cup of shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa ,divided (I used medium heat)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium skillet over medium heat brown sausage, remove and set aside.

  • Step 2: Wipe out skillet and add margarine and let melt,then pour in eggs, and let cook until almost set about 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: While eggs are cooking, cut sausage into small bite-size pieces.

  • Step 4: While tilting pan slightly, place the edge of a spatula under the eggs on the opposite side of pan.

  • Step 5: Let the uncooked eggs run to the bottom of the pan.

  • Step 6: Cook until eggs are completely set,then place cheese evenly down the center of eggs.

  • Step 7: Pour 1 Tablespoon of salsa evenly over cheese.

  • Step 8: Then add sausage over the salsa, making sure sausage covers the salsa.

  • Step 9: While still in the pan, fold the eggs over as you would fold a burrito.

  • Step 10: Then slide onto plate, and top with remaining salsa.
