Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil ,add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
Step 2: Stir in chicken,soup,milk and pepper; bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is heated through.
Step 4: Top with the cheese and onions.
Step 5: Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 6: Serve over rice.
