Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving enough extra to fold into a pouch.
Step 2: Place fish in a single layer in the bottom of prepared pan.
Step 3: Scatter vegetables in layers over fish.
Step 4: Sprinkle seafood seasoning over vegetables.
Step 5: Pour can of tomatoes over top of all, spreading evenly.
Step 6: Fold or roll foil to form a pouch around everything.
Step 7: Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
