Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet white onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can salmon drain and remove bone and skin if desired
  • Oil for frying
  • Tarter sauce (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl,mix well the first seven ingredients.

  • Step 2: Stir in the salmon,and shape into 1 inch balls.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in a deep fat fryer to 375 degrees, fry nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden color is reached.

  • Step 4: Drain well on paper towels.
