Step 1: Preheat oven to 425f degrees. Place all the fruit in a large bowl; stir together the flour and sugar and sprinkle over the fruit in the bowl; mix well until all fruit is coated. Pour the fruit mixture into the bottom pie shell.
Step 2: Dot the butter cubes all over the fruit; brush water lightly around the edge of the pastry; cover with the second pie shell and flute with a fork; cut vent slits into the top pastry.
Step 3: Place on the top oven rack; bake at 425f degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 375f degrees and bake a further 45 minutes.
