Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 boneless cooked chicken breasts or chicken thighs, sliced (I liked using grilled chicken)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot Buffalo-Style
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pizza crust, partially prebaked (if your short on time grab one from the refridgerator section in your grocery store)
  • 2 green onions,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450.

  • Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, butter and Frank's Red Hot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for approximately 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly. Toss in the cooked chicken and heat through.

  • Step 3: Spread Ranch dressing over pizza crust and top with chicken mixture, cheese and onions. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
