Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans mixed beans, drain (or beans of your choice)
  • 1 cup canned cut green or yellow beans, drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1: Mix first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Add Italian dressing and cilantro. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
