Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat add beef and onion, brown ground beef until no longer pink and onion is tender, drain.
Step 2: Return to skillet and add taco seasoning,mixing well.
Step 3: In a small microwave safe dish, microwave beans until heated through.
Step 4: Spoon about 1/3 cup of beans slightly off-centered of each tortilla.
Step 5: Top each bean topped tortilla with equal amounts of ground beef mixture.
Step 6: Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese over meat mixture.
Step 7: Fold the sides and ends of the tortillas over the filling.
Step 8: In a large skillet over over medium high heat add oil.
Step 9: When oil is hot, but not smoking brown burritos on all sides.
Step 10: Serve with cheese, salsa, and if desired sour cream.
