Step 1: Soak wooden skewers in warm water - about 10 minutes.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl combine and whisk together the oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, the dried herbs, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 3: Add the salmon, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and onion, marinate for about half an hour.
Step 4: Using the wooden skewers alternate ingredients starting and ending with a red cherry tomatoes - cherry tomato, a piece of salmon, red pepper, onion, green pepper. Continue the process for the desired number of skewers - always ending with a cherry tomato.
Step 5: On an outdoor or indoor grill on medium to high grill the skewers 6-8 minutes turning once. Cooking times may vary from grill to grill, plate when salmon is done.
