  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan halves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat the eggs lightly

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients, except pecans and beat until foamy.

  • Step 5: Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until set and pastry is nicely browned.
