  • CHILI SEASONING
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt (seasoning salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large dutch oven over medium heat,add ground beef,onion,and first amount of seasoning salt.

  • Step 2: Cook until beef is browned and onion is tender.

  • Step 3: After returning beef to pan,add tomatoes,beans, and chili seasonings.

  • Step 4: Stir well to combine ingredients and reduce heat to simmer.The longer the chili simmers the better the flavor.
