Step 1: In a 2-quart saucepan heat butter. Add in garlic; cook 2 minutes or until soft. Add in broth and Italain seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2: Stir the rice, spinach, salt and pepper in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the cheese. Serve with additional cheese.
