  • 2 cups dry macaroni pasta
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 6 slices bacon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Return macaroni to saucepan.

  • Step 2: Add Velveeta and ham to macaroni. Over low heat, stir until Velveeta is melted. Add milk for a thinner sauce.

  • Step 3: In skillet or microwave, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel and crumble.

  • Step 4: Place mac n cheese mixture into greased casserole dish. You may use either a shallow or deep casserole dish depending on whether you like lots of browned top or a deep, gooey casserole. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over top.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees 15-25 minutes or until bubbly and tops begins to brown. Time is going to vary depending on if your casserole is deep or shallow and how brown you want the top.
