Step 1: Prepare onions and zucchini as directed. Place on plate and splash with rice vinegar and sesame oil. Toss with your hands to coat. Let sit for several minutes.
Step 2: Add olive oil and butter to skillet and stir fry zucchini and onions. Add soy sauce and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until veggies are caramelized and tender.
Step 3: Garnish if desired and enjoy.
