  • 1 10 ounce can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup 2% cottage cheese or 3/4 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil

  • Step 2: Add the raw burger meat and onion, cook over medium high heat until the burger is starting to look brown and cooked

  • Step 3: Add the mushrooms and garlic. continue to cook for about 6 minutes, stir it like stir fry.

  • Step 4: Add the mushroom soup and cottage cheese (sour cream) mix in well

  • Step 5: Simmer for a few minutes longer. Serve over pasta.
