  • Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
