Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Sriracha sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken wings

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together and marinade for 1 hour.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Pour chicken and marinade over baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway.

  • Step 5: For actifry: After they have marinated for an hour, pour the contents of the bag into the actifry and cook for 25 minutes or more, depending on how thick the wings are.
