Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or wok; add celery and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
Step 2: Add asparagus and onion to pan; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon orange-lemon pepper seasoning and stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove vegetables from pan and keep warm.
Step 3: Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to pan; add chicken, orange zest and garlic and stir-fry until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Combine water, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
Step 5: Return vegetable mixture to pan; add sauce and stir-fry 5 minutes.
Step 6: Add red pepper to pan and stir-fry 5 minutes.
