Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound of asparagus, washed, tough ends snapped off
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (1 inch) piece ginger, peeled, minced
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450f

  • Step 2: Clean and prepare the asparagus and place on an oven proof dish covered in foil or parchment paper (Saves your wash up time). Spray lightly with olive oil

  • Step 3: Mix together the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce

  • Step 4: Just before roasting pour the soy sauce, garlic and ginger over the asparagus, place in oven and bake for 8 minutes. If you like your asparagus well cooked bake longer but be careful because the soy sauce will burn
