  • 250 grams cooked chicken meat (cut into cubes or shredded, 2 cups)
  • 1 apple, whole (diced)
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
  • 1/3 cup pecan nuts (chopped)
  • FOR DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (fresh)
