  • 3 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons beef boullion granules (or 6 cubes)
  • OPTIONAL GRAVY
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • Step 1: Brown beef in oil, sprinkle with pepper

  • Step 2: Add water and boullion.

  • Step 3: Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover, simmer on top range or cook 325 oven until tender - about 3 hours

  • Step 4: If you want to make the gravy Using 3 cups drippings add optional water and flour. Boil 1 minutes serve gravy with beef
