Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (or extra lean)
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 teaspoons margarine (Becel)
  • 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tomato (large)
  • 4 (6 ounces) bread buns (whole wheat hamburger buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the firest 7 incredients in medium bowl, mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions, form into patties about half inch thick. Spray grill with veggie spray, cook patties approximately 7 minutes each side.

  • Step 2: While the patties are cooking, spread the bottom half of each bun with 1 teaspoon each of margarine and mustard. Cut the tomato into 4 thick slices and place one slice on each bottom bun. Place one patties on top of tomato. Add more mustard on the top bun if you wish, place the top on on top and enjoy!!!
