Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound dry spaghetti (regular or thin cooked and COMPLETELY COLD, I advise to make a day ahead)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (can use more)
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped (do not finely mince)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili flakes, or adjust to heat level
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce(or as desired)
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in the chopped garlic and chili flakes, cook stirring for 1 to 1 1/2 minute.

  • Step 2: Add in the cold spaghetti and toss using long tongs until the pasta is hot.

  • Step 3: Pour the soy sauce over the hot pasta and continue tossing with tongs until pasta is completely coated with soy sauce and adding in more soy sauce if needed until you have the desired flavor that you want. Season with salt black pepper if desired. Transfer to a bowl then toss with chopped green onions.

  • Step 4: Transfer to a bowl then toss with chopped green onions.
